On one occasion, this coin was fetched at an astounding value of 1 million dollars at an auction sale.

1921 50 Cent Coin

One of the rarest 50 cent coins in Canada, only a handful of these coins exist today because during that time 50 cent coins were in low demand so they had to melt most of the coins down.  Depending on its condition and appraisal value, this coin could value between $100,000 to $200,000 USD.

1936 Dot 1 Cent

Regarded as one of the most famous rare Canadian coins, the 1936 dot cent penny is currently known only to have five in existence. The coin is characterized as having two dots, one between two triangles, and the other is barely visible. In one auction, this coin was sold for over $100,000.
